UBFit’s GYMFit is for Ladies & Gents of all ages and is sometimes known as CIRCUITS. The principles of GYMFit is to focus on the key areas of Upper Body, Core & Legs with an element of Cardio included. There are 10 individual stations set up in the Gym relating to these key areas. Each participant works out for 1 minute on each Station & get a 30 second break before moving onto the next. After 10 are completed we take a 3 minute break & then complete 10 more ie 20 Stations in total. The time duration From Warm-Up to Warm-Down = 50 Minutes! (Existing/old injuries are taken into account & if a particular Station might aggravate the injury then an alternative is found).
